I work very intuitively to create an individual approach just for you. This is less about generic worksheets and predetermined treatment plans—this is therapy as unique as you are, supporting you in your journey while co-creating tools you can take away.
At the heart of my work is person-centred therapy, creating space where your authentic self can emerge naturally. This can look like moments of reflection, creativity, exploration of the past or expressing what your body is sensing in the present. I also weave in elements of parts work, helping you understand what that voice telling you to keep you safe.
